Patna High Court MJC No.1043 of 2019(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 opposite parties are going to consider the application of Inter Regional Permits without following the procedure of Section 71 and 72 of Motor Vehicle Act and 66 (2) and 67(11) of the Bihar Motor Vehicle Rules and without considering the objection of the petitioner which has been filed on 02.03.2019 along with order of CWJC No. 8047/2017 dated 11.02.2019."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.
