The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 29.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17213 of 2020(3) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019.
