2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 10 of 2025, dated 06-01-2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/25(9) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the case of the prosecution, a video was received on a government mobile in which a person is seen firing at a birthday party. When the video was identified by the intelligence, the name of the petitioner was revealed, and on the instigation of the petitioner, they reached at the house of the petitioner and, after conducting a search, one arm was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

It is submitted that nothing incriminating article was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house; rather, the alleged pistol was recovered from behind the petitioner's house. The petitioner, who has no criminal antecedents, has been in judicial custody since 06.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 10 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
