JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2016 Today an affidavit has been filed in which a letter dated 17th September 2016 has been attached, written by the District Development Officer, Buxar from where it appears that they have taken the cognizance of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12069 of 2013 and L.P.A. No. 235 of 2008 and mentioned that case of the petitioner will be re-considered within a period of one month.

In view of the said letter, this Court trusts and hopes that the case of the petitioner will be considered in the light of judgment passed in L.P.A. No. 235 of 2008 and will be obliged to

Patna High Court CWJC No.12069 of 2013 (3) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 grant the benefit to the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid judgments within the aforesaid period.
