Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Fifteen litres of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 04-05-2016.
