2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, a dead body was lying in front of the house of one Alok Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the first information report and

No.22944 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 impugned order dated 24.02.2024, it appears that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation as the coaccused Manish Kumar @ Manniya @ Mani has identified the petitioner in the CCTV footage who came there along with other co-accused persons and assaulted and thereafter petitioner was stabbed in his back and stomach by the said co-accused, considering which, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
