Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall be satisfied if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned court below to dispose of Title Appeal No. 84 of 1992 which is pending in the Court of Additional District Judge 8th, Gopalganj.

It is surprising that Title Appeal No. 84 of 1992 has not been disposed of till date.

The Additional District Judge 8th, Gopalganj is directed to dispose of Title Appeal No. 84 of 1992 after hearing both the parties on day-to-day basis within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and send a compliance report to this Court.
