Petitioner happens to be proprietor of a general store wherefrom medicines as per list were seized, as the same was kept for sale without licence. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.06.2016, having no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the bail petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Manohar Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P. S. Case no.123 of 2016.

It is made clear that in case, petitioner is found indulged in similar activity, henceforth, prosecution will be at liberty to pray for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35374 of 2016 (02) dt.20-08-2016 cancellation of bail which the learned lower Court will consider in accordance with law.
