ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2018 in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.540 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the FIR, the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature and he has got a clean antecedent.
