1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 & 3 by the learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeIX, Bhagalpur vide order dated 05.02.2020 passed in A.B.P. No.2868 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 05.02.2020 passed by the learned Court concerned, there is some observation regarding the merit of the case which may prejudice the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that any observation made in the bail order shall not prejudice the case of the complainant.

5. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No.372 of 2019.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

7. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No.372 of 2019.
