JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Sri Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned A.P.P., at the very outset submits that all the petitioners were on police bail earlier, however after investigation police submitted charge sheet and cognizance order has been passed.
