The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner executed a sale-deed in favour of the complainant as holder of power of attorney of Tufani Yadav. The lands sold was plot Nos.5293 and 5342 under Khata No.1452. Subsequently, the complainant came to know that land was not of Tufani Yadav.

Submission is that the petitioner has brought on the records the power of attorney as well as a copy of the registered sale deed in favour of Tufani Yadav in respect of the land transferred.

No.20443 of 2019(3) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 Considering the bona fide of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No.150 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
