JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On trivial issue first of all Sanjay Yadav, Ajay Yadav and Madan Yadav abused followed with assault and during course thereof, Ajay gave lathi blow over head of informant. They were joined by Kumod, Daya, Kailu out of whom Kumod gave butt blow over head of informant. From the order impugned, it is evident that all the injuries whatever been found, three in numbers out of which two injuries were over head, simple in nature. Petitioners are under custody since 24.06.2016. Accordingly, petitioners Kumod Yadav, Ajay Yadav each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Naugachhia in connection with Gopalpur Rangra P.S. Case No.222 of 2015.
