====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2025 Heard Mr. Kamlesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2)3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Considering the nature of injury to be grievous and the fact that the petitioner has several criminal antecedents as per the information given in Para-3 of the bail application, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the District Court and seek regular bail. The District Court may consider the bail application on the same day and pass order in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19176 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 accordance with law without being prejudiced with this order.

5. The bail application stands disposed of.
