Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 lodged under Sections 364(A), 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of Cr. Misc. No. 22297 of 2022 moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of regular bail and it was dismissed on 17.08.2022 by this Court. Counsel submits that the liberty was granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge. Charge has been framed on 05.09.2022, which is annexed in Annexure-3.

No.19771 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
