JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 200of 2016 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Licensee P.D.S. Dealer. Only on the statement of villagers, he has falsely been made accused in this case due to inimical term. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1376 of 2017 (3) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
