27-07-2016 Heard Sri Amresh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on the strength of earlier rejection order of the bail petition i.e. order dated 15-12-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52988 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to Annexure - 1 to the petition i.e. order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52988 of 2015, submits that earlier prayer for bail was rejected with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of ten months in custody. He submits that petitioner has already completed ten months in custody in a case for offence under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

No. 52988 of 2015), let the petitioner namely Saurabh Kumar @ Saurabh Singh be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amrendra Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S.
