BAJANTHRI) Date : 29-03-2024 The present MJC-contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in CWJC No. 288 of 2022.

2. Limited direction is asking the petitioner to submit representation within a period of four weeks from 18.02.2022. Thereafter, the concerned authority was required to pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months after giving opportunity to the petitioner.

3. Petitioner has not apprised this court to the

Patna High Court MJC No.787 of 2023 dt.29-03-2024 2/2 extent that he had filed representation. It is alleged that concerned respondent refused to accept representation. Even such a copy of the representation has not been placed along with the contempt petition. In the absence of non compliance of the order insofar as submission of representation, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the Covid-19 period he could not furnish. It is to be noted that Covid-19 period was over in the month of March 2022. At the best, petitioner should have approached the concerned authority in the month of 1st week of April, 2022. There are no such material so as to initiate contempt of court proceedings against the concerned official respondents.

4. Accordingly, the present MJC-contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
