2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 103(1), 303(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner along with others is accused of killing the deceased. There is specific allegation of giving a fatal blow against one Md. Azam. The petitioner is member of the mob and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2025.

5. Considering the fact that there is general and

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria/ concerned Court in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 225 of 2025.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bhargama Police Station, District- Araria on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. After being released on bail, the petitioner is directed to appear in the Court personally till the framing of charge. After the framing of charge, the petitioner will cooperate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at
