The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. No T.I.P. has been done in this case. The other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 05.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60449 of 2018 and order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.55810 of 2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64162 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No.282/2018, G.R. No.1340 of 2018. Both the bailers will be close relative of the petitioner.
