Heard Mr. Ghanshyam Tiwary, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Ramchandra Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.
