JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-08-2023 Heard Mr. Devendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Kameshwar Prasad Gupta, learned GP-10 appearing on behalf of the respondent and Mr. Virendra Kumar, learned AC to GP-10 appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that substantial amount of retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner, however, the concerned respondent has not given the benefit of revised pay scale to the petitioner and as such reduced pension has been fixed by the Accountant General.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact and information given on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his grievance with respect to the payment of any other dues retiral dues which has still not been paid to the petitioner along with statutory interest.

4. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

5. With the above observations and directions, the
