The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioners are son and daughter-in-law of the husband of the informant. The informant is second wife of father of petitioner No. 1 namely, Kalimullah Khan. Petitioner No. 1 is son of 1st wife of Md. Kalimullah Khan.

From the complaint petition it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1747 of 2014 (T.R. No. 514 of 2014/863 of 2016), shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
