2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The name of the petitioner has come in the case on the statement of the deceased to the informant, but the police has submitted final form exonerating the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 09.12.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Baliya, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
