Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379,504,506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.2 assaulted the informant with with iron rod causing him head injury, whereas petitioner no.1 and other accused persons assaulted informant's family members.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the parties are pattidars. Case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. Doctor has found simple injuries. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur town Police Station Case No. 180/2017, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
