2. The present petition has been preferred:
"for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties and award them suitable punishment for their deliberate and willfully disobedience and violation of the order
Patna High Court MJC No.779 of 2026(4) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 dated 23.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14790 of 2023."
3. A show cause has been come on behalf of the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda, according to which, the petitioners have been transferred Rs. 6,26,498/- and is shown in their respective accounts as per the letter dated 12.06.2026 (Annexure R/F).
4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submit that the amount has been recorded but the calculation chart is missing.
5. Upon query, learned counsel for the State submits that the basis of coming to this Rs. 6,26,498/- (the chart) shall be made available to the petitioner in next four weeks.
6. Accepting the said undertaking and granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate afresh, if they fail to provide chart, as recorded above, the petitioners shall approach the said office along with the present order.
7. MJC No. 779 of 2026 stands disposed of.
