JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52742 of 2015, on the ground that accidental death has been turned into the murder case, as a matter of fact the deceased died due to fall on stone when he met with an accident due to rash driving but the petitioner is suffering in custody since 31.08.2015 to which learned APP seriously opposes.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, let the trial be expedited and concluded as
