2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs this Court that steps have been taken and it is expected that the payment will be made to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.4745 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 within a period of two weeks.

3. Considering the aforesaid information made on behalf of the University, it is expected that the entire retiral dues including pension will be paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
