The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 458 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 447, 325, 307, 379, 354B, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section. 3.
Prosecution case in short is that petitioner along with other named accused persons have assaulted the informant as well as his family members by various means.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09-01-2024. Petitioner is stated to be man of clean antecedent.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is subsisting land dispute between the parties. So far has injury sustained by the informant is concerned, it is found to be grievous in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance, but it is alleged that petitioner has assaulted by means of farsa, which is sharp cutting weapon. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is lastly submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and charge sheet being submitted, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
