The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the prosecutrix.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Sk. Siraj and Bibi Rajda, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42087 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No.2315 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
