JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-05-2017 By way of the present writ application the petitioner seeks quashing of memo no.2022 dated 30.06.2015 so far as it relates to transfer of respondent no.8 from High School, Kundwapar, Ekangarsarai, Hilsa, Nalanda to F.N.S. Academy, High School, Gulzarbagh, Patna. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in respect of transfer of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10917 of 2015 dt.23-05-2017 2/2 petitioner from Bapu High School, Chandi, Nalanda to F.N.S.Academy, Gulzarbagh, Patna in place of respondent no.8.
2. In the opinion of this Court, the writ petition is misconceived. The petitioner being a teacher cannot claim her right of posting in a particular school. No illegality has been pointed out in respect of transfer of respondent no.8 from High School, Kundwapar, Ekangarsarai, Hilsa, Nalanda to F.N.S. Academy, High School, Gulzarbagh, Patna.
3. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in the present writ petition. It is dismissed accordingly.
