This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32677 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.487 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not surrender in the Court below within the time because he met with road accident. He seeks extension of time to surrender in the Court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56951 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and the Court below will release the petitioner on bail in terms of the order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32677 of 2018. This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
