The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul Rail P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in pickpocketing. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the
