Learned counsel for the State submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with and the case of the petitioner has been rejected and as such, no case for contempt is made out.

In view of the aforementioned submissions, the contempt application stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any order which was passed to his prejudice.
