ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order under contempt has already been complied with and the case of the petitioner has been rejected and as such, no case for contempt is made out.

In view of the aforementioned submissions, the contempt application stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any order which was passed to his prejudice.
