JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted the mother-in-law of the informant with spade on her head.

The injury report of the mother-in-law of the informant reflects that the injury has been found to be grievous.

Let the learned court below consider the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34415 of 2015 (02) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
