The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rasulpur P. S. Case No. 42 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 354, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Several persons have been named in the F.I.R. along with the petitioner, whereas many persons have been made accused without their being named. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the residents of a neighbouring village for their having objected to the indecent behaviour of the accused persons including the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no injury report on record and the petitioner has

The petitioner had shifted to West Bengal along with his father and he used to visit his village home only on special occasions of marriage, festivals, etc. Because the persons of the village of the petitioner were being named as accused persons in the subject F.I.R., the petitioner has also been named. There is nothing specifically alleged against the petitioner.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and taking into account that the petitioner is a person of young age, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
The application stands allowed.
