2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim. The accused persons are alleged to have killed the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 05.11.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the informant Mr. Shivendra Kumar Sinha, has submitted that trial has started. Out of five witnesses, two have been examined and he also submits that the trial will be concluded shortly.
6. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23092 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda /concerned court in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will co-operate in the trial. The petitioner will appear on each and every date personally or shall be represented through his Lawyer and he will not delay the trial.
