The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Sangrampur P.S. Case No.47 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent and allegation has been made against the petitioner to be involved in lifting the vehicle.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
