Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the FIR is against unknown and name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Vishal Kumar. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2021. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering lack of sufficient material against the petitioner for further detention as under trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
