JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with G. B. Nagar P. S. Case No. 26 of 2018 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in a case registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
