2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the deceased to the informant, but the police has submitted final form exonerating the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.1.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
