One country made loaded pistol, three live cartridges and two mobile sets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent but having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely, Ashok Mahto @ Rahul Jee @ Vijay Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya in connection
