JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52845 of 2016 whereunder these petitioners and two others were ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S.Case No. 263 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Submission is that in view of the aforesaid order dated 07.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52845 of 2016,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2049 of 2017 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 petitioner nos. 3 and 4, namely, Mr. R. Saravanan and J.Mohan have surrendered before the court below and have been released on bail but the petitioners, in this application, could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated period due to unavoidable circumstances.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the period of surrender before the court below is extended by another four weeks from today.
