JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this application is directed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or such other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents authority to make compassionate appointment of the petitioner in place of his father namely late Bisundeo Yadav, who had died in harness on 04.03.1997 while the father of the petitioner discharging his duty as skilled labour

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
