The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P. S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner killed his pregnant wife within two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and when the informant reached her daughter's sasural with her brother-in-law, she found that the house was locked and the inmates were absconding, I am not inclined to grant bail to the
