By order dated 18.06.2025, last indulgence was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to press the writ application, thereafter, again on 25.06.2025 one more opportunity was granted by way of last chance to the learned counsel for the petitioner to press the writ application. Today again when the case is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the writ application and seeks accommodation.

3. Considering the conduct of the learned counsel for the petitioner on all the abovementioned dates, it is absolutely clear that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in pressing the writ application and hence, the same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
