JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, the present writ application is being filed for quashing the order dated 18.4.2013 vide memo no. IV/सथथ (अरथ)ई-908/2012-2716, issued by the Registrar General Bihar Patna, and for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to grant, Assured Carrier Progression to the petitioner and to revise partition upon of refixation salary after grant of A.C.P. and consequent upon to make available arrears which occur due to after above mentioned A.C.P. to the petitioner as

Patna High Court CWJC No.22848 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 clerk on for 1965 in the Registry office by competent authority. He is entitled for A.C.P from 31.7.1997 to 30.11.99 and upon taking into consideration of 5th and 6th Pay Revision."

Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
