The show-cause is filed stating that necessary order has already been passed to make payment of retiral dues of the petitioner. Pension of the petitioner has also been fixed and the Accountant General issued authority slip with regard to pension, gratuity and leave encashment.

Patna High Court MJC No.990 of 2020(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the payment is yet be to made.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I find that the order has been substantially complied with. The respondents are directed to make payment of all retiral dues to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of this order, if any amount is lying due.
