Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is working in Electricity Department on the post of Button Pat Operator and the at the time of regularization of his service, he submitted his I.T.I certificate which was found fabricated in course of verification.

No.20537 of 2020(2) dt.09-10-2020 2/3 The stand of the petitioner is that petitioner had submitted his original certificate at the time of his appointment and in the aforesaid certificate total marks 541 was allotted to the petitioner and still the petitioner has same certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner does not know as to how department got verified another certificate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
