The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case which is counter blast of Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46752 of 2016. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.4133 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
